As first-generation immigrants, we deeply relate to the struggles of navigating a new environment. Our goal is to empower the next generation with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to fully embrace their Muslim identity and step forward as impactful leaders shaping a brighter future.
The Muhajer Foundation Maktab Program, held at River City High School in West Sacramento, offers after-school activities designed to help youth strengthen their Muslim identity and deepen their Islamic knowledge. The program focuses on creating an engaging and supportive environment where students can explore Islamic teachings, build spiritual connections, and develop a sense of community.
To celebrate American Muslim Appreciation and Awareness Month, CAIR with City of West Sacramento Mayor Martha Guerrero will be holding a proclamation ceremony at River City High School library on Friday 4/25 during the 1st part of maktab Insha’Allah.
Join us for an exciting Brothers’ Airsoft Event! This event is designed to bring brothers together for a day of fun, camaraderie, and friendly competition. Participants will engage in thrilling airsoft battles, testing their skills and teamwork in a safe and controlled environment.
Students will show case the Dua’a and Nasheed they have been working on so hard all Semester.
A Muhajer (volunteer) comes from all walks of life backgrounds. They are parents, sons, daughters, students, and professionals, but above all, they are concerned members of the community who are dedicated to making a difference.
